UC Davis Trade Policy and Health Collection


The UC Davis Trade Policy and Health Collection contains documents obtained by Dr. Katheryn Russ, professor of Economics at the University of California, Davis, through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests related to food industry influence on global trade policy and health. The collection includes correspondence between the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) and food industry associations regarding the World Health Organization.
