345 new documents were added to the Truth Tobacco Industry Documents library today.

• 183 Philip Morris records
• 162 DATTA documents - opening and closing statement transcripts from Engle Progeny Cases

New Collection of Cymbalta Litigation Documents posted:
This set of documents comes from the MSJ: Hagan-Brown & Ali v. Eli Lilly and Company; Case No. 1:14-cv-01614-AJT-JFA
The case alleges Lilly omitted important information about the drug’s withdrawal risks in the company’s labeling and marketing materials and therefore consumers were unable to make an informed choice about whether to take Cymbalta.

1851 New Tobacco Documents were posted to the UCSF Truth Tobacco Industry Documents today.

• 12 American Tobacco Company records
• 529 Brown & Williamson records
• 25 Philip Morris records
• 128 RJ Reynolds records
• 1157 new Trinkets & Trash records - Trinkets and Trash (T&T) is a surveillance system and archive at Rutgers that monitors, collects, and documents current and historic tobacco products and tobacco industry marketing materials and tactics (such as advertisements, direct mailings, e-mails, sweepstakes, coupon promotions, and brand websites) for research and educational purposes. The UCSF Truth Tobacco Industry Documents partnered with T&T in 2014 to upload their records into our index to provide researchers with access to this rich database of tobacco marketing materials alongside our tobacco industry documents. These 1,157 records represent the final upload of T&T records into the Industry Documents Library.

Annual Tobacco Documents Workshop - May 11, 2018

We are happy to announce our Annual Tobacco Documents Workshop, which will be held on Friday, May 11, 2018. Pamela Ling, MD, MPH, Professor of Medicine, Fellowship Director at the Center for Tobacco Control Research and Education will be our keynote speaker.
